• Companion Details: Your pet’s name, life dates, and any optional quotes or messages you provide.

• Images: The photographs you upload for the tribute.

• Payment Information: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. I do not store your full credit card details on my website or servers.

2. How I use your information

I use this information strictly to provide the service you have commissioned:

• To create your memorial portrait and certificate.

• To communicate with you regarding your order, including sending your final digital files.

• To maintain records of my work for administrative purposes.

3. Data Security

• Your photos and personal details are stored securely. I use Squarespace’s built-in security features and Stripe’s encrypted payment processing to ensure your data is protected.

• I will never share, sell, or distribute your photos or personal information to third parties. Your companion’s memory is private, and I treat it with the utmost respect.

4. Your Rights

• You have the right to request access to the personal data I hold about you.

• You have the right to request that I delete your photos and personal information from my records at any time after your order is complete.
